Can .Name TLD be used for commercial purpose? like business.name
I know what it is intended for, but my question is, "is its commercial use legal"?

.name is the only Internet top-level-domain exlusively for individuals, where anyone can register his/her name, nickname, alias, screenname or something he/she is commonly known as. The person's name will end in .name, and become a lifelong email address and web site address. (source: http://www.nic.name/faq.html) :D

In my opinion, the .name domains are bad for a business.
.Com is the ideal for businesses.

GoDaddy.name forwards to their (commercial) website - so it looks like it's ok.
