Domains such as ma.rs and love.me will worth $ hundreds of thousands if not a million. Registration of .rs (Republic of Serbia) and .me (Montenegro) domains will start soon. I'm offering assistance of registration of .rs and .me domains, $20 per domain.
As seen at nic.rs official governing body of .rs domain, the registration price of .rs domains given to the registrar firms is around 1800 dinars (around $35), .co.rs around $9. Everyone can register a .rs domain but 'administrative contact' must be from Serbia. Domain registration fee for .me domains are to be announced.
Many will compete for top domains as they will have a great resale value. If I don't get to register the domain name you applied for, the reg. money will be refunded.

Don't take this the wrong way, but for someone who has just joined the forum recently & only has 4 posts, we don't really know anything about you to give money to you to register them on our behalf.

Love.me will be gone when released, I registered Falling.in recently ( Falling.in/Love) ;)

I believe that love.me will find its place in the all-time Top 20 most expensive domain names, it's better than match.com anyway. Such opportunities occur, tomorrow you register a domain for $20, the day after tomorrow you sell it for $2.000.000.
This is why some people invest in assistance to highten their chances of registering the specific domain. Domain resale business is a waiting game, if you miss a second, you wait years for the next chance.

All domains under .me are reserved for legal entities only. The top level domain is reserved for federal and official governmental institutions, as well as Internet service providers.
Am I right in seeing that we can't get direct .me domains anyway?

Update: I made a list of people and domains I'll work for, I'm not interested in new requests.
Small advice: It's good to contact local registrars as soon as possible and 'reserve' with them some domains so other persons don't do the same, if you're on all domain registrars' waiting lists for a certain domain, your chances to get that domain are 100%. Opportunities to buy new domains and resell them for 100 or 1000 times higher value don't come often, the best bet is with the new domain extensions such as .rs and .me are now, since new domain extensions don't come out every month this is The opportunity at the time of being.

You got to be kidding, there's no way that Love.me would be worth more than Match.com, sure it's a good domain hack, but there's no way anyone would pay $2 mil or anywhere near that for it

I believe that love.me makes more sense to an emotional being than match.com (.com short for .commercial).
In a love.me vs. match.commercial for social web-site title match-up, I'd go for love.me with a big bet.

it's a great domain, you'd just have to get the public to understand that there's a .me extension. To this day, many non-marketers/webmasters don't even know there's anything beyond com/net/org.

same question as everyone ...where do you buy them?
SqlByte
Nov 28th 2007, 4:11 pm
Well we can't buy them yet... they are not public.
The main "problem" is that everyone who had old domain names on .yu would have rights first to register the same domain name on .rs
btw i am from Serbia too, so i could register them for you with no or small fee but for now only with moneybookers, we are blacklisted by paypal but i hope it would change soon.

BS. Because .com will always be king. There is no way in hell those extensions will be worth millions unless every single TOP extensions goes into the billions which is highly unlikely.
People need to do their homework before making such claims.
And one more advice, be careful what you buy. They can rip you off. ICANN is the man.

Agreed, just look at the .to and .tv domains, they were meant to be really money spinners, but i dont see any of those come up in the top search engine listings. Mind you i still wanna get me one of those .me domains, pleasedonthurt.me or something would be cool.

I heard that big domain companies are going to take .me registrations, so those names would probably be on auctions.

Domain structure for .me
All domains under .me are reserved for legal entities only. The top level domain is reserved for federal and official governmental institutions, as well as Internet service providers.
Regular .me registrations will be made under the following second-level domains:
* .co.me - Corporations
* .net.me - Legal providers of Internet services
* .org.me - Civil organizations and associations
* .edu.me - Educational institutions, such as primary and high schools
* .ac.me - Academic and post-secondary organizations such as universities; University of Montenegro has ucg.ac.me as its primary domain
* .gov.me - State and Government authorities
* .its.me or .priv.me - Personal use
Just got this from wikipedia...
wtf?
