Template Contest .PSD to win, $100ftw, $150 to code it. 11/27

This is a $250 dollar opportunity for someone.

I need a template similar to www.quantumhelicopters.com in that:

1) It has top navigation
2) It's EXTREMELY clean.
3) It's branded. People will know it's for our company.

Here is your challenge as a designer: The company is a modern flight school, but has a vintage flavor. i want it to look modern, but with a vintage theme. A web 2.0 charcoal color scheme might work well since the logo has light brown in it. Use your best judgement, I'm open to ANYTHING that meets the criteria.

You must be able to code this upon winning. Dont bother entering if you cant get me code. Doesn't have to be you, but you'll be the one sending it to me. Find a coder somehow.

Stand by on this contest until I post later today. I'm getting some waffling from my guys, and I can't have that.

Top Navigation is the only requirement. The guy judging it LOVES clean and fast looking stuff. Check out quantumhelicopters.com for an example of something he loved.

Can you make a horizontal navigation bar somehow? I like it othereise. Maybe put a line between the columns?

Also, don't be afraid to use helos, or change the hue/contrast/lightnes of the logo to match your ideas. We're very flexible as nothing ahs the logo on it yet.
