At the bottom of the submit form there is a 'Continue' button, thats the submit button ;)

I've tryed again and I do NOT see any button, also press enter nothing happens, I have more to do than lose my time.

No "continue" button, I use IE6 and I do NOT have any continue button to press, I am not blind.
