[WTB] Law and Order SVU WordPress Template - $35-50$

Hi, I am looking for a nice wordpress template for a new Law and Order SVU site that I am going to be working on.

The domain is:

http://www.watchSVU.com

I just threw the current layout on there to get an idea of how things would work (I am a 100% noob so that was my first time using wordpress and photoshop )

I am looking to spend around $35.00 - $50.00 for nice template, also please advise how much you will charge for coding.

Please post your designs here, my friend and myself will choose one by Sunday, November 25th.

I can do any changes you want. The "rendered" guy on the bottom can be better, i wanted to finished asap cause today is the deadline.
