Hello Robca.
I had a chance to look at your site today. Just curious.... is this a CMS you are using for this site?
My Thoughts
Logo & Header
I feel that your logo and header needs some work. Have a look at DP for a designer... or use the contest section... if you are still not sure... I could recommend a DP designer that I have used that is quite affordable...
Right now, the logo font isn't doing your site justice... I feel that you have a very competitive market and you need to present yourself beyond these competitors...
Template
The template seems geared for ad-sense. I think that if you do some extra touch-ups to the template... it will look good and still provide the ad-sense designing you are striving for....
Example: navigation on left needs touch-ups to be understandable.
Navigation
Your navigation is a little confusing. I would suggest removing the dashed border around each button on the left to take down the busy-ness....
I would also suggest you add 2 important buttons... these are 'About' and 'Contact'...
Conclusion
Your site needs some more work. I think it will do much better when items are updated.
This review was done useing FireFox 2.0.0.9 on Windows XP SP2.
I do hope this helps.
Respectfully,
Lhlalyam

You did a great job. I thought it was on Drupal or Joomla. The adsense is slightly out of place. Try blend it with your content. The header is ok - perhaps you can utilize the empty space on the right with advertisement or banner.

too much of empty white space on header.
rest is good.

I like the clean L&F, but boring. If you can put some relevant pictures, I think that will add some value.

I think you could use the empty whitespace in the header to add a tagline that tells me something about the purpose of the site. So what is this site about? because at first glance it could just as well have been anything. (including a paid-link loaded placeholder page)
Somehow at this moment the Adsense blocks are placed in a way that it took me some time to find that there was actually real content below them as well.
"Make a choice" is not a very good menu indicator I think, maybe something more descriptive. Somehow some of these menu items share a page, while others don't without clear reason. Just give each subject a separate page, and highlight the currently active menu item.
Overall, I think your site is not very great looking, but you might not need that for this type of site. However, please try to find a better balance between content, links and advertising.

The left navigation feels a bit "stock" from some free template site. It is lacking in being able to stand out. How to fix this, I do not know as I myself am presented with these same problems. :\

Previous commentators are right, you definitely need a better header :) Everything else is good!
