100$ Electronics Shopping site design contest

Hi, I'm looking for a fresh design of my website, and who wins this contest will have lots of more work to do if I'm really happy with the results.
So I want something in the line of:

www.amazon.com
www.ebay.com
www.rightwholesale.com
www.chocolate.com
www.ebuyer.com
www.crutchfield.com

The contest will be open for 7 days.
This is more like a "find a designer" contest which will work on the real site, but I want to see how good you are. Also it's not impossible that the second place winner will also have some work to do.

Template Proposition for an e-commerce site

This is the image of the website, it can be fully changeable
and is a nice refreshment.

Fluid Version (http://www.thistlefirm.com/Portfolio/Contests/ecommerce/fluid.html)
This version, is just to show what it looks like in fluid format
making it available for evey browser to fit. This is just a css
background image with the image centered.

Please give me some feedback. The template can be altered in anyway, and i only made the logo a little crappy thing, as you wouldn't tell the name of the site lol :P. I hope this is something you like, and i would love to hear some feedback about it.

Nick: Design is enough for this stage, but if you have coding skills too, that would be a plus for later, meaning more work for you :) (of course for $$)
Ok, AcID394 I must say you are the closest to the thing I ask for, but still miles away :)
For the others, please look at the sites I mentioned in the example and look what you sent me, it's completely different, ok maybe IQdesigns is closer, but that's still far from what I want.
Acid: Of course I don't care for the logo, but please go ahead, tune it up more, make it better, pay close attention to the examples I provided, for example I like the ebay's upper right corner menu. Then include a hacker safe logo, a live help action box, also you don't have to stick to the colours 100%, you can change them a bit, or just use them somwhere, and on the logo like you use it now since the logo is in that 2 colours.
Keep up the good work guys, I would really like to have 2 designers which can later cooperate on the job, and there will be much more work then just one page design and perhaps coding (slicing actually, the coding can be done from someone else).
