Wordpress Header Contest - $60 for the best design

I need a wordpress header image made the copyblogger theme.

The header needs to include a famous UK landmark (up to you which one). I am not sure if it wants text in it or not - you might need to make my mind up! Here's the blog in question: http://www .accommodation-uk.net/blog/ (remove the space after www). Size needs to be whatever looks good at the popular resolutions.

I have never done a competition before so please let me know if I am missing any vital info.

I need this asap and I will close the competition on Monday if all entries are in.

It needs to be something that epitomizes the UK maybe the House of Parliament or maybe Stonehenge - perhaps the white cliffs of Dover. Preferably not Big Ben but maybe Tower Bridge? I don't really want it to look too much like a London blog but a UK blog if you know what I mean. Please stay away from the union jack though.

Wow, some great stuff here. Firstly thanks everyone. I is going to be really tricky to choose.

Here's what I think so far:

Webmasterplace - I like the middle one best. Not quite sure if it's what I want though - maybe a little dark and not conveying the gist. Mostly due to my lack of direction for you I expect though so don't feel bad.

saidesign - Not right for me I am afraid. Thanks for entering though.

TDGraphics - I like this entry but think it might say "business" more than "blog" very nice though.

HPA - I really like both of yours (apart from you spelled Accommodation wrong!) :) I think I like the top one best. I would probably want to lose the leaf in the bottom right though.

Noob designer. I really like your entry. Do you know what I like best? The to do list! It adds a bit of humour - very nice. You spelled Accommodation wrong though.

saxDesigns - Very nice. Again, it might convey a little bit too business like for what I want but you are obviously talented. I like the V3 best :)

NsaneNoob - I like this one too. I don't think that it's quite right for blogging though.

Gal - I like the design and colours but it says business and not blog IMO. Again, this is probably due to my lack of direction than and fault of yours :)

shibligd - Nice. It conveys the right message - you might want to check your spelling though :-)

ATM I would have to say that I like HPA's the best. Though there are lots of close seconds.

Noob designer, it's between you and HPA atm. Can you correct the spelling and get rid of the leaf in the corner for me please? I'm so swayed by the humor yours produces. HPA - no, it looks good. Don't change anything. I'll make my decision based on what you all present regardless of anything I don't like - I am guessing that any minor changes can be made after.


DaveyBoy - I really like what you have done. I thought my mind was made and you have swayed it :) well done.

Saidesign - It's nice but don't think it's quite what I am looking for for this project.

Saxdesigns - Great work on V4 but not right for this I'm afraid.

I have to say - I am totally blown away with the overall excellent quality of everyones entries on this. I wish there could be more than one winner :)

I think Daveyboy is currently the leader but there are two other designs that are real contenders
