Missing Site Links

When I do a search using the Yahoo web search, the "More from this Site" link does not necessarily show all the links to a particular site. However, if I type in a search of the missing link, it does show on the search result. Any ideas? It is a fluke with the Yahoo search engine showing all the related links>
