Ok I have had my site for just over three months now, started with $0, and am curious as to what I could get for it today...

I am not in any shape or form planning on selling, I just want to know how far I've come and the value of a site is a really good beromitor of this fact I think. I have listed all my must knows below: Thanks in advance.

Uniques a day, has gone up to 209 for the month of Jan.

Google News = Included...

pr = 0, but is predicted to be a 5 (we'll see) I have some high quality link exchanges also, couple of pr 6's.

my number one key words -= brings me up 32 on google, I was at 49 last week.

Big daddy puts me at #15 after the google update.

My key words - are searched for 1300 times daily. (key word tracker)

Adsense = yes (months earnings up to now = Oct. $6, Nov. $50. Dec. $70. Jan. $64, (site was down for a wk.) and as of this morning, for the month of Feb. I'm sitting at $9..

Chitika - yes, just aded as of feb. 1.

Forum - yes, (could use some feedback on that)

In its current form that sounds like a good deal for someone (there is a fair bit of potential, even the domain name is good).

I would organise/ better monetize and hold on to it (or sell it when it shows quality revenue), dont sell it if its on the way up anyway.
