I need a good affiliate program (CPM/CPC) for my arcade and flash development site. I got over 300,000 views last month and am looking to have more than 550,000 this month. I am only looking for CPM or CPC and I want companies with a proven record of actually paying, not some companies that just stated two days ago. I currently am using Adsene, fastclick(valueclick) and CPX as defaults and the performance is good but not where I want it. Widgetbucks is pretty much a scam so I've dropped them.
Referral links are welcome and you can post here or PM me. I have several Ad spots I wish to fill and am looking for over 50 cents CPM for each particular spot because I'm getting around .40 right now.

Most certainly you should try Advert-Revenue ($1-15 CPM) & TheNewsRoom.com ($4 CPM)

The newsroom is for blog isn't it? What kinds of ads do they show? Can I embed them into my site as a toon or animation?
Have you gotten payment for advert channel?

I am not looking for CPA offers, only CPM and CPC for now. I am wondering about Advert-revenue and if you can use them on a site with google adsense at the same time.

I would list some free games within the images, say every other with an outgoing link, with an affiliate link, to an affiliate site and get paid for the ref.
Just my opinion

Archbob: TheNewsRoom is not for blogs only, it pays for displaying Video Feeds, News Articles, & Image Feed Revenue, the Video Feed revenue is $4 CPM, $1 CPM for text news articles.
I have been paid twice by Advert-Revenue & You CAN use them with AdSense as Advert-Revenue is NOT contextual.

Can you use them(the news room) on a page that has adsense also? I've sent an inquery to advert-revenue. Does theNewsroom pay on time?
My inventory will be at 1,000,000 impressions per month soon and I just need a decent advertiser. Google and fastclick aren't quite enough.

TheNewsRoom should be fine with AdSense as all you are paid for is to display Video Feeds that comply with theme of your site, you can pick from ceratin categories, or create your own feed, or customize a playlist.
It pays very well, pays by cheque, NET-30. A few memers here have been paid, couple off them got paid $2000+ just lately.
1million impressions will make you good money no doubt, its certainly a network I would recommend to all, as well as Advert-Revenue.

Ok, I'll check thenewsroom out, I've sent an e-mail to advert revenue to ask if they are compatible with adsense.

You may not get a quick response from Advert-Revenue but heres a quote from the Admin from their forum when a member asked:
"I am ok with it but you better check with Adsense support to make sure they are ok with it. They have changed their TOS on competing ads several times this year alone and I think it would be better to play it safe and ask them."

I have an adbrite account already, their ads like never showed up. I'll look into thenewsroom.
Adbrite can't suck more than Widgetbucks, I mean they actually pay you.

Archbob,
You can try our new widget, it's not PPC, but it might work well with your site. The link is in my signature.

Have you tried Casale Media (http://www.affiliateseeking.com/affiliate-program/1792.html). I've posted a link that takes you to a page with some quick details about it. It's just like ValueClickMedia and has a similar interface / control panel. It's not totally the same, but similar in some ways. It's just as reputable or even more reputable than VCM. Many sites use it including large ones. Not sure if you will get accepted as this is a higher tier network, but if you don't try you will never know.
I use them for my entertainment site and have always been paid every month on time, every time. I currently use them for my 1st tier followed by ValueClickMedia and them RightMedia Exchange.
Good luck with your site.

I'm already a apart of casale and have been for use. I use valueclick on my main site, its CPM rates are higher.
Casale isn't a high-tier network, its considered second-tier.
