Best photo gallery software/script

Hi,
I would like to add a gallery feature to my site where anyone can upload there pictures to my site and then anyone can view them.
Is there any software anyone can recomend?

Gallery2 will certainly do the job. It may be overkill for your needs though.

When you choose a script be careful that it doesn't do too many things. I had a nightmare trying to find a simple photo gallery script and ended up trying and deleting about 5 scripts that seemed to do more than flickr does.

In the end I followed a tutorial and made a perfect one for my needs in the same time it took to upload and delete all the other 5 scripts!
