problem with MONIKER?

Hi buddies,

just wondering what´s your experience with Moniker?

About one month ago I registered the account with them and bought 2 domains. Shortly after that they sent me an e-mail stating there is a problem with my account and I should contact them.

I did it 3 times - no reply and I just can´t login in my account - which means that my 2 domains seem to be lost - it appears to me as a complete robbery:(:(:(

You are not alone there. I read in other forums about the same problem.

I have been trying many times for the past several weeks to contact them in regards to purchasing a domain they have. I tried their site's contact form and by emailing info@ and support@ but have not received any replies.

Very bad way to run a business.
