I'm kinda confused by some of these proxy groups... Some allow you to post some don't. How does one get listed or request a listing on the ones that posting is shut off?

You can request a listing through myself, i am currently in two minds whether to allow posting to be enabled or to make it a requesting process.

For the time being, post a thread then it will be pending i will from there accept the post.
