I will never understand why people submit via PM. This should be against the terms of a contest. A contest is a contest.

What happened was I submitted my design via pm. I did this because I noticed in other contest people build upon designs previously submitted. I don't want someone to take my style and try to improve upon it. If you notice designs start to look very similar after the first few entries. It's still a contest no matter how the design is presented to the contest holder. He or she still has to make a decision based on the entries. The real issue here is that the contest ended but the contest holder didn't notify you of it. I wasted my time earlier today submitting a design for a contest that had already ended so trust me I know the feeling. The header that's up at the site now is one I submitted and he told me I won via pm. I respect your opinion but I think your anger is misguided.
