Help verify my htaccess code

Hello all. I'm trying to restrict traffic onto my download mirror servers by only allowing people coming from my main downloads site or my other related site. Anyone that tries to direct link without a proper referral URL will be sent back to my main downloads site and anyone trying to use most download managers (thus certain user agents) will be blocked as well. I thought I got the file created fine, but every time I use it, I get the dreaded 500 Internal Server Error. Can someone help me check my code? Thanks.
