Google - please cache my site?

I have recently made changes to a website I am omptimising - 23/10/2007 and checked googles cache everydau since to see if the site has been updated. Everyday since the cache would just retrieve the old page but now when i try all i see is THIS (http://64.233.183.104/search?q=cache:EBPa75J_uBsJ:www.kindershoe.com/+kindershoe&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=uk)

What is happening and how long does it normally take to cache a site? I have even linked to a high traffic site yet alas nothing!

If you want to be cache by google as quickly as possible try to ping your site. Try using pingoat/pingomatic.

Try to submit your links in social bookmarking site and put it also in your forum sig. It's the best way to get indexed quickly.

you need backlinks. more backlinks will increase the speed of the indexing
