New advertisers statistics shows no sales. Why ?

I've registered in CJ in the beggining of october and subscribed to 5 advertisers, which were all new by the time. I've got more than 200 clicks and not a single sale, but the oddest thing is that when I am logged in my CJ account and I click "Get Links > By Relationship" it shows the "7 day EPC" and all other earning related statistics as "new", but it's been already a month that these campaigns are available.
Are these campaigns not selling or there is some kind of a lag for CJ start to publish these advertisers results ?
What is happening ?

The results show as New for a while, probably until enough affiliates sign up and generate sales/leads that there's some stats to show.

Is it normal that a while is as long as a month ? (for 5 advertisers)
May the fact of me not receiving commissions be linked to these advertisers campaigns not having their statistics shown ?
