I'm using 167 MB (3%) of your 4655 MB... I dont have even one spam in my account. I used to delete that as it comes... And its all text mails... I dont use my account to send or receive pictures.... but I have delted some 4k mails sometime back since then i never deleted a single mail except spams of course......
