Do non-US publishers need to give their tax information.

Hey I am from India and recently earned $26 from CJ. I want to know do they require me to give my tax info to them. I don't think so. They have even forwarded me $26 check on 17th october whose status is still "sent" till today.
When will I receive the check?

if you are not a us citizen and not paying us tax and reside in india you do not have to supply us tax info....you do not have any.

your cheque should arrive shortly, to Australia they used to arrive around the 4-8th of the month.
