User Weight.. How does it work?

Mine is currently at 130 What does it mean.. Can it go up without referrals? What determines the User Weight?

PR, pages in your site running ads. Yes, your weight can go up (assuming your PR and or page count climb) without referrals.

ok how often does it update? cause currently I have 200 K in posts and the ad is on every single page

If I remember correctly the weight update still involves some manual intervention by Shawn. I don't think he's ever published an update schedule...seems like it's been once at least every couple weeks to me. That's just an estimate from memory though, I haven't kept track of exact dates or anything.

Try changing the pages so they all have unique titles, might help with the index, oh and your rankings.

Yeah, gotta remove the SIDs... you've got tons of pages there (though very little PR), they just need some help for the SE's to find them and index them.
