blog post and in content links will give you relavant backlinks. pages with 50-100 backlinks will hardly do yuo any good

I don't recommend buying links. you should get links from site which are related to dog. get linkback through posting comments in others blog. find forum releted to your sire.

It depends on the authority that dogsite.com wields, and the type of sites that it links to on the link page. A home page link might be a better idea.

Personally speaking, I prefer the blog posts, as long as they do not look spammy. Some blogs just shout " I'm here for selling links" when you visit them.

Don't buy link from page which has more than 50 links thats spamming.
