How would I go about being indexed into Yahoo!'s search engine.. I don't get too much traffic from yahoo, trying to get more. Link is in my sig.

If I were you I'd definitely focus on Yahoo and MSN because Google hates GPT sites. My forum got demoted because we have a GPT section and everybody I know in the GPT community had their PR taken down this update.
Plus, you cant have Adsense on any site with GPT content, but it's funny, if you search Google for "paid to read email" there are a ton of "sponsored links" - go figure.

i was also expecting somebody to post good tips on promoting site on yahoo and getting more traffic from yahoo

If I was to pay to get my site in the Yahoo Directory would I then a better position in the normal google search ?

I am also moving to Yahoo. Google is too unpredictable and it's making life difficult for webmasters

inbound links...seems like yahoo indexes faster than google.

yeap, yahoo is better in many ways but still is far far way from google...
