I'm originally from New York (now in NJ), former financial industry slave ..err programmer :), now working from home for the past 3 yrs - mostly doing affiliate marketing.

Well, I have quit my day job but working home is more of an after thought - I decided to leave work when my oldest daughter (now almost 3 and a half) was born! I was lucky enough to find some work right away, but for the past year have been trying to work for myself rather than clients.
