I have a site www.algarvepropertydatabase.com which ranks number 2 for the search term algarve property on yahoo.com.
When searching on yahoo.co.uk the site is nowhere to be seen. Searching for some unique text on the home page, yahoo.co.uk returns algarvepropertydatabase.com instead of www.algarvepropertydatabase.com.
It looks like yahoo.co.uk has indexed the canonical version of the site rather than the www.algarvepropertydatabase.com version which has all the inbound links.
There is a 301 redirect set up from algarvepropertydatabase.com to www.algarvepropertydatabase.com so I am a little puzzled as to why it has done this. Any ideas? Is there any way I can contact the UK version of yahoo and ask them to look into it?
