yahooo is reaaaaaaaaaaaally slow at indexing and updating their SERPS so all you can really do is wait. You can try submitting a sitemap.

Something has drastically changed with Yahoo in the past year.
Last year around this time was when I had started my first web site, and it wasn't long after submitting to Yahoo that it got crawled, appeared in the index, and frequently sent visitors from search results, many more visitors than Google sent. I discontinued that web site early this year.
Three months ago I started a new web site and added it to the big three. It's also listed in the ODP. The site has much better content and is SEO-optimized. It is indexed by Yahoo yet, to date, they have not sent me one single visitor. Google sends me about 50 visitors/week. Yahoo and MSN have both ignored my site like the plague. I have yet to see one single visitor from either of them.
I guess it's a good thing that Google is king anyway.

affnice, i have a great tip.
Make an RSS file of your website, when you done there is an option to submit feed with yahoo, that's it.
It's index me 350 pages while google 1300 and it's 2 weeks site.

For all my sites Yahoo was earlier then Google to index my pages. However traffic was always poor, until recently I started seeing some traffic.

backlink is a fact but the ultimate solution is Quality and Unique Contents on your site. I've been stable with rank #1 for the fast 6 month for two keywords.

Use signatures that will direct to your deep links.
