Eaton Web Benefits
Here are a couple reasons why you should list your site at Eaton Web.
PR7 domain
Google likes us. :)
Manual quality review
If your site doesn't pass the review, we'll refund your money. We want Eaton Web to only have quality blogs. Google penalizes sites that link out to low quality sites.
High Alexa
It's under 80,000. (http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?url=portal.eatonweb.com) And most of the traffic comes from search engines.
100 word description
Many directories give you less than 50 words. A longer description helps your listing rank for more terms.
High PR subpages
Our blog (http://portal.eatonweb.com/ewblog/) is PR6. The politics category (http://portal.eatonweb.com/category/politics/) is PR5. Government (http://portal.eatonweb.com/category/politics/government/), a subcategory in the politics category, is a PR4. The health category (http://portal.eatonweb.com/category/health/) is PR5. And one of it's sub categories, Exercise (http://portal.eatonweb.com/category/health/exercise/), is PR5.
Links on multiple pages
You get a link on your listing page, the category page, and also a sub category page is your blog fits in a subcategory. For example, Daily Kos (http://www.dailykos.com/) has a link here (http://portal.eatonweb.com/blogs/daily-kos/), here (http://portal.eatonweb.com/category/politics/), and here (http://portal.eatonweb.com/category/politics/liberal/).
Nice looking listing page
