I think article submissions would be the fastest one way links. You can find people on forum who do them or sites that let you pay them to make them.

article submission is no long effective for getting lots of backlinks...google wised up to them long ago, it has a duplicate content filter, once it detects the same article more than once, it disregards it.

if you don;t care how much it costs you, then its real easy. go under buy sell links section at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=58 where lot of people sell links. you can do a WTB post saying you need to buy links and you will get PMs like wildfire. you then pick and chose the ones you want.
