How many times do you update your site/s a day?

Wondering how many times people update there sites per day? Have you found there is a direct relationship with updating your site regularly and how much you earn with adsense?

Several times per day. Some of my sites are forums, so they are easy to update. ;) I found no direct update - adsense relationship. There are too many other factors that affect adsense earnings.

I use php and crontabs to update my site about once an hour, and then sometimes I do manual updates as well.
