database won't work

i am getting a database file error and i can't open my database in multiuser. I contacted there support but am getting no reply whatsoever,anyone know the problem?

When you say you cant open your database.do you mean that you cant get into your database on your cpanel or your site cant connect to your database?

Some more info on your problem may allow us to assist you.
If its cpanel then give your host a kik in the but and get them to sort it.

If its site cant connect to database then check your config files for database info and make sure its correct!!

I think it might be my cpanel wont connect with my database,ill check it out

I had this error. What host are you with? I had to apply for them to do a master reset, whatever that is?
