No Google Backlinks Update

PR update is done.

My site went from PR4 to PR5 but there is no backlinks update. Has PR update finished or we are yet to see backlinks update?

Or no one wants to guess anything on google's updates anymore :p

Only thing i've seen with backlinks is that if you try to check them with GWT, it says the system is busy. PR update is still ongoing, for instance my site shows my updated PR value of 3 in 75% of the data centers. The other 25% still show 0. It will take a few days.

I noticed 5 in 75% and 4 in 25%

But backlinks are same in all!

It should increase definitely because there are tons of good quality links that needs to appear.

You will never see all your backlinks with the (link:yoursite.com or link: yoursite.com) in google search.

Erm!

I know that. Google only counts some as backlinks.

I am saying, the number of backlinks now and before, its same. There is no backlinks update yet, which usually was done along with PR update.

Same to me my tv series blog got PR4 but has no backlinks in google search but in google webmaster tools I have 1000+ links.

I have 9502 links pointing to my site according to google webmaster tools. Atleast 500 should appear but only 67 appear (according to very old b/l updates)
