I need a (preferably reloadable) vcc with $500 balance to pay ebay fees. It's important that the vcc be guaranteed to work with ebay. Where can I find this?

I honestly don't think that it is possible for money to be withdrawn from a VCC in anyway but correct me if I am wrong.

Hi! You can create an account with www.wirecard.com. It definitely works on ebay as it is a real Mastercard account and you can get a physical card with it.

I am looking for the same thing, with PayPal/Xoom funding option. So far, I just found card444.com, but they do not offer this funding option.

VCC is virtual credit card. Not will received physical card, only card details (CC Number, Exp date and CVV)

Hey there! Do you think a reloadable one with 250$ would work too? If so I could offer you a reloadable VISA one with 1 year validity, and directly reload it after you used the funds in it with another 250$ (so all in all 500$ available funds but not at one time). If this would work out for you I can offer this for 250$ incl. a reload of 250$ for 575$. Accepted payment options would be e-gold, MB, PayPal or in best case Payoneer. You could also buy the 250$ card for 287.50$ if you don´t want to pay in one part (which would be quite logic as you can pay the other part then after you used the first 250$ and want to reload it then). Unfortunately I can´t give the card immediately after payment, it needs about a week (I think it is faster possible but I name the week as the max. time to recieve it so I can fullfill what I promise)

About the possible reloading: if you need to reload the card anytime this is possible for a fee of 15% of the loading amount so for a 50$ reloading you would have to pay 57.50$. The min. fee is 5%. Smaller reloads will be available within 48 hours max, the bigger amounts again within a timeframe of max. a week after payment (but in most cases it will be faster). The max. available amount are 300$.

The available payment options depend from user to user and and I keep the the right to denie deals with any members without giving any reason.

The cards are not for verification purposes, only for online shopping.

The card is still for paying Ebay fees? If so, I would give you another card with a little amount at first for free so you could test if the card works for Ebay. Please let me know any questions you could have, I will try to answer everything asap.

What for do you need it? I don´t have any cards in stock, I just "create" them after an order is placed. Unfortunately as written in my post before I can´t give them instantly (at the moment but will be able to in the future) after payment is done because I have to get them at first. The price for the 75$ loaded card would be 86.25$. What payment method would you like to pay if interested? I would be able to provide the card within 48hours. The even greatest additional payment option would be through GAF: if you could do this I would give it for 85$ if you would order and pay within the next 2 hours.
