RSS Cookbook???

I was just wondering how people are using RSS feeds that they produce.

What types of content are you supplying?

How often do you update it?

What types of pages are included?

Can your RSS feed point to just about any page? a forum? a sub forum? others?

What about guidelines for ettiquite?

Does anyone have good links for pages that give fresh ideas on RSS techniques? I find alot of tutorials on how to get one going, just not much applications.

I'm just curious how others are using the technology......

After getting no responces I finally googled for "RSS cookbook"

And in the top 5 was this post!
