Paypal credit card validation problems

I recently signed-up with Paypal and I tried to add a credit card.
It seems that it does not work. I asked a friend and he recomended me a card that he already uses and works. I just signed-up for that card.
How can I add this new cc to my paypal acc and verify it?
I can't see the add cc button anymore after I already added the first cc that seems to have a problem.

Try emailing them to get it sorted out if you cant find the add CC button. If you go to your profile page though you can add more than one CC... I have 3 CCs on my paypal..

Login, My Account > Profile and there you will see Credit/Debit Card hyperlink.

Guys, i also bought a VCC to verify PayPal but it didn't get it verified. I always read that VCC verify PayPal but it didn't verify mine. How then can i get it verified, is it with a U.S.A bank account or with another VCC like the one being discussed here??????????????????

Why don't you ask the same question to your VCC provider from whom you already bought VCC :confused: Or else try to find out other VCC seller at Buy,Sell or Trade section of this forum.

Maybe you still didn't put the EXPUSE number that is why you still not get verified.

I asked the seller of the VCC. All he said was that i had to fax some documents to PayPal (which PayPal itself did not ask for).. I believe he cant help me anymore...

I have also entered the expuse number...

What may be happening???????
