Ads Management Software/Script

Hello,

I sell advertisement on my websites but i don't have any automated system where i check how many hits they get and impressions etc.

I sell mostly text links so can you recommend any software/script which i use on my website to track clicks on ads and impressions. If possible that would be good also if i can provide stats to my advertisers.

My site is in asp.net but i can host any thing php, html etc.
