Script for newest content

I'm just beginner :D
read much posts at DP since 2 months ago
don't laugh about my site http://www.best-online-dating-advice.com ;)
I plan to write or rewrite articles about dating and relationship.
I wan't to know what scripts I can use for showing the newest articles submit on my homepage ? so I don't need to update my homepage everyday when upload new articles.

You need to find article websites which either allow you to cut and paste articles or supply an RSS feed where you can specify the article type you want.

Can I open the target link in my own site template ? but not change all of the articles content from the original site ?
