Terms and Conditions checkbox just put the last nail in my ringtones coffin. Best of luck to the rest of you....

no, it's new. of course, everything has a beginning, except God. i'm not sure when the boxes were added, actually.

Those T & C checkboxes have been there on most ringtone offers throughout the whole year. I think they used to be checked by default but that was a long time ago.

most offers had an agree to T&C anyways....

I think this one is different. this is what it says

[ ] I agree to the Terms & Conditions and I understand this is a $9.99 per month paid subscription.

The thing is it's not check by default, so the user needs to check it.

Well, it's better to make users do that rather then to make them confirm their subscription with a second text message.

Is anyone else seeing a drop in flycell conversions? Haven't had a single conversion today.

Don't send them much traffic so difficult to tell, conversions seem a bit low the last couple of days but definitely getting conversions.

Scratch that, conversions just went through roof, biggest day on flycell so far this month. That's the ringtone business for you.

payout dropped on flycell from 16 to 13.5. exciting news...
