Suddenly my page hits and bandwidth has shot up with my traffic staying the same. I have no idea why and my hosting is only 10GB/month!
Has anyone got any idea why?

What files are using the bandwidth? Images being hot-linked?
You should be able to see the files in the stats.

I've been looking through the stats but I can't seem to find anything wrong.

Go into AwStats, click 'Full list' next to 'Pages-URL (Top 10)' and look for an image with huge bandwidth usage.

I can't see anything there thats unusual. All the average sizes are in low KB.

Banned some IPs or do hot linking protection.

Connect via FTP and do it.

Hi!
You'll find you can do hotlink protection either through a control panel (like cpanel) or manual methods ( you could password protect a certain directory, for example) depending on how the server is setup, your access level, etc.
