What should be the start ? need help

Suppose i have a webdirectory, and i want to let people know about the availbility of my webdirectory for paid listings..Where should i go ? and how should i take start ?
Anyone, please only serious answers..no spams please

I would advise submitting your site to some good paid directories, get some sig links on forums like this, maybe some banner ads too.

If you want to do it right, add loads of quality content and pretty soon people will start to find you:)
