Seems pretty clear to me. He's got an invite (like GMail) to join the forum. But doesn't want to or has joined already. So he's selling a spare invitation. It normally sells for $50 but now you may bid.

What's unclear about it?

Yah I bought an account there. There are other options, a free one but that does no good if you're in the domain industry, a silve, a gold, a platinum, and an exclusive.

About once a year they give an invite for someone you invite to join for free. But people sell these usually to get back what they paid for it. So I'm looking for about $30 for a $50 account at www.dnforum.com
