Trouble uploading template via FTP

I'd like to know if anyone knows how to FTP a template to a web hosting site(3host.biz) thats the one I use. Every time i go to there ftp://username.3host.biz it says internet explorer can not open this site. I wonder why do I need an application or something? If so what type of app. do I need?

you would need a FTP software try... ws_ftp or cute ftp for uploading your site... because most servers dont allow browser ftps..
