RSS Graber sites? do they aginst TOS?

I have few sites with rss graber. they get some traffic everyday (200 - 600). but im not sure that i can use them with adsence. are they aginst Google Adsence TOS? Will i get banned if i ude adsence with those sites?:confused:

have you ask google adsense team? i think some says ok and others say not.
