I just want to know is it worth it now to build lists? Does anyone make any sales now?

Yea but your list must be targeted. Im currently getting 5-13 leads daily by email

How do you go about getting these targeted e-mail addresses. Ofcourse without disclosing any secret information, but to put me towards the correct direction?

put "sign up for our newsletter" or somthing to that effect on your website. Of course your website needs to be targeted towards a certain market. If it is about cars and they sign up for your mailing list you can send them warranty offers, car loan offers...
