Affiliate script like Shareasale or CommJunct?

I am looking for a small script that I can get for free and run on my own server, to track affiliate sales the way ShareAsale or CommissionJunction would (withouth their damn setup fees etc). PHP/mysql or maybe even using a flat file db system.

No one with any experience w/ this?

I don't know of a free one, but Ultimate Affiliate Manager is a script that combines affiliate management with ad tracking and auto responders. It has a one time fee of $97.
