I just finished adding an RSS 2.0 formatted feed to Free Article Headquarters (www.freearticlehq.com)
Each article as an RSS button on it that links to the feed.
I validated it and consumed it with an ASP script into another site; so far so good. If you run into any issues, please let me know.
