I'm selling links and one of my sites is a websites directory. Placing it in the bottom of the page but before counters line - that works OK for me.

Do you mean to pay for the adv campaign? Yes, you should definitely pay, but you may stop your campaigns when you wish.

I read that too. Not just one comment either..someone pointed out a few things to look into regarding the TNX site and Matt actually responded to those too.
I hope it turns out well for the TNX owner. It seems like a positive step.

Wow, Matt Cutts himself mentioned tnx on his blog - what a fortune. We are still getting lots of sign ups comming from his blog :)
P.S. With a new type of affiliate program that we have developed, bloggers don't need ref links to get lifetime 13.3% comission for referrals ;)

Thus far, experience with TNX.net is a pleasant one. My monetary income from selling ads space is pretty decent, surprisingly. I'm thinking of cashing out my points for some PayPal cash, which I read will take 3 business days. I hope there is no glitch when doing that.

On 24th October, I sent an email to transfer 39991.75 TNX-points in exchange of PayPal money. Today, 25th October, I received an error in the email below.
Hope TNX can take a look at this, since this means my PayPal request was NOT received by them. My points were already deducted.

Hi TNX,
Payments received with thanks!
Another thing to inform: I frequently browse through the ads that appear on my websites and I deleted non-travel-related links (example: Hair Wigs, Language Translation, Online Games, P2P Software, etc). Upon deletion, my points are duly deducted. This is to safeguard the integrity of outbound links that appear from my websites. Any comments?

Yes, my44, you are free to delete any unwanted links whenever you like, you can also choose a relevent advertiser for every page of your site manually (a new feature).
