Guys this question is going on my mind for sdeveral days.
I registered a domaincalled techiezone.in and hosted my blog at blog.techiezone.in

Now my blog is at a PR of 3 and my main root is having PR 0 as I hv never used this techiezone.in any where and nothing has been hosted there. I had a plan to host a site at techiezone.in but now i do not want to host antything thgere and just want to move blog.techiezone.in to techiezone.in....So I want to know that what are the consequences I am going to face and any way to do this keeping the same PR.

You can do a 301 redirect.

Move all the content from the subdomain to the root. If you don't redirect, you'll face some repercussions from Google and it may take up to a few months to reindex your pages properly and give you PR again.

Also, after the move, do a new sitemap and submit to Google, Yahoo, and the like.

Start a linkbuilding campaign for the domain, if you haven't already, and it'll help Google crawl your site faster and reindex sooner, especially from backlinking pages with high PR.
