Software for the reciprocal link

I have need of 3 software or better :

1) I wish to have one content management that permit to add the link in fast way and to cancell in fast way. ( I should to create pages similar to these : xxx//www.onlinexcasinos.com/directory/index.html )

I wish one software that create page.html

2) you know one webite that permit to create automatic reciprocal text link with other websites. ( automatic reciprocal link with pr0, do you know one website where it is possible to buy recirpocal link pr0 ).

is there the risck of be banned from google ?

3) You know one software that writing keywords they permit to obtain some links with page of my website related to these keyword.
( I wish to put these software in my website ).
