www.thailand-huahin.com - SERP problem

I am trying to improve SERP of my site www.thailand-huahin.com for KW hua hin and I can’t push it up. My site is about 6 months old and the entrance page has PR3. Many other pages have PR4. I know I have to get more backlinks. But even with PR3 I would expect my site to be in top 100. Perhaps I am wrong.
There is another site www.hua-hin.4t.com at #9 for KW hua hin. This site has 6 pages, PR3, *A* 35 and 44 Ylinks. My site has 138 pages, PR3, *A* 16 and 164Ylinks.
Can anyone explain this? What do I need to do to improve my SERP for KW hua hin?

google ranking doesnt update instantly. it can take months. also page ranking doesnt affect your ranking. old sites has also advantages (based on my observation).
