i have 50$ in pay pal and i want to transfer to my local bank . i n from india and my account is unverified so how can i take the money out

You can only withdraw the funds via a cheque with a min amount of $150. Recently, paypal added a new feature of withdrawing the funds via CC but I am not sure about this as I havnt found any review on this and havnt tries it myself.

Well, actually if he had a credit card, he would have been able to verify his account so the withdrawal of the funds via CC may not help if you are not verified.

If you do not intend to verify your account then your only options are to spend the money online or accumulate up to $150 and do the withdrawal by check.

Check if someone trade with you for that $50 or buy a Virtual Credit Card (around $4 to $6) from someone through search at buy,sell or Trade section of this forum and get verified. Then transfer that fund through xoom to your bank account but in this whole process you'll hardly get around $35 worth INR in your bank account.

You can leave it there and accumulate enough to withdraw or you can spend the money online.

Spending online is not an option if you dont have your account verified.
Accumulating there is option but currency is growing stable which will give less in exchange.
Xoom will provide if you have authenticated your account via credit or debit card . That will cost you money as well.
